The 36-year-old actress details her bridal boot-camp and diet, exercise, and makeup preferences
Meghan Markle is already recognized for her role on the television program The Suits, but she is about to become even more famous if she decides to marry Prince Harry in the coming year.
Many believe a wedding between the two will take place in either summer or spring, and wonder how the star will prepare herself for a royal wedding.
Markle maintains an envious figure at a size ten and a height of 5”7, maintaining her trim body with a combination of running, Pilates, and yoga. She also follows exercise DVDs in the comfort of her own home.
Markle’s favorite fitness pursuit is yoga, and she praises the many benefits of it, including improved muscle strength, mental focus, and quality of sleep as well as a general improvement in well-being overall. Markle added that she has experienced less anxiety and finds it easier to relax since practicing yoga regularly.
Markle describes her diet as flexible but clean
Markle has never been one to deprive herself of foods she enjoys, although she does try to follow a clean, healthy diet, avoiding foods that may make her feel tired, sluggish, or lethargic.
However, she does maintain a vegan diet when she is filming and remains very aware of what she consumes, allowing herself flexibility only during the weekend.
Markle’s typical “clean diet” includes hot water and lemon upon awakening, then porridge, banana, and agave syrup as her first meal of the day.
Lunch consists of a green salad, and her snacks throughout the day tend to be apple and almonds.
Markle ends the day with pasta with a sauce she describes as “filthy, sexy” that consists of stock and courgettes, or a hot soup.
